The Colby Club: A Hidden Cocktail Gem in Everett, WA

Really good atmosphere. Really captures a modernized roaring 20s vibe. Drinks were great, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. It's a more intimate venueand seating can be limited when busy. So it may be good to call ahead. They had a special drink menu for Valentine's Day and everything on it was really good.

This is my new favorite happy hour. I love the ambiance--feel like I've traveled back in time with their adorable little cocktails, oldtimey music, doily cocktail napkins... My favorite happy hour cocktail is the Revival Daiquiri. The pizzas are delicious. I feel like it gets a little loud on the weekends due to the lack of sound-absorbing materials--can be a little cold. But the decor is adorable, staff are nice, food is yummy, cocktails are delicious and so pretty! Love it here.

Fun speakeasy style cocktail bar with a small space thats well utilized to feel cozy and trendy. Cocktails are very good prices but are focused almost exclusively on classics. Worth a go, we try to at least once a year when we are in town.

Hidden Gem! Very eclectic and like a speak easy from the 20's. Staff and bartenders are great and make the best drinks. Love the drink history on the menu and they are top notch. We had the Brie and the brownie and couldn't be more pleased with everything. 2nd time and not the last

If you are looking for a bar with great atmosphere, where you can have a conversation without yelling, The Colby Club is an excellent choice. With a capacity of 49 people, it's an intimate setting. The drinks are great. Queen B's Boujee Brownie is fabulous. If you are looking for something lighter, the baguette with marmalade is also excellent. The service is very good.

This is a little hidden gem on Colby Ave. Only been open for several months now. We came here after our dinner for dessert and drinks. Mattie our server was friendly and attentive. What we ordered: 1.) Pretzel and cheese dip $9.00 The pretzel was not heavy like most places it was on the light side and boded well with the cheese dip. 2.) Brownie $10.00 The brownie was slightly crisp on the outside and warm and moist on the inside. Yummy 3.) Woodford Reserve neat $12.00 what can I say always a safe choice for Bourbon 4.) “Revival” Martini our friend said it was good. 5.) Virgin Hot Cocoa $3.00 I like it 6.) Aviation Cocktail $14.00 my friend liked it 7.) Widow Jane Apple neat $13.00 my hubby said once was enough. This place was cute quaint a must try!

Highly recommend! What a cute space with great cocktails. Seasonal cocktails mixed with classics. We got the bbq flatbread and pretzel with cheese. Both were great. Zach was also an awesome bartender, super friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a cocktail in Everett, definitely stop by here

Only stopped in for drinks, the place is very dark, romantic and chill! Great vibes to relax and enjoy a craft cocktail. While we didn't order any food, everything coming out to the tables around us looked amazing. Definitely will be back!
